This is a faulty secondhand camera, which has been used and developed a minor fault. 
You have wind the shutter release mechanism twice, and then press the shutter button for the camera to fire.
May require small level of adjustment.
Missing small part on the film release door mechanism dial.
Otherwise ok condition with minimal wear and tear.
