The customer is entitled to return the product (for any reason) for refund within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product. A refund will be made of the price of the product and the VAT. Shipping charges will not be refunded. As Euro Hi –Tech Photographic Services Limited is not liable for product in transit; it is highly recommended that products be shipped via an insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
i) Sometime the product specification from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Under the Distance Supplying terms we can only accept cancellations/returns within 7 Days after the receipt of the goods. The conditions of cancellations/returns can only be made by writing or submitting an email.
ii) When we have received confirmation of the cancellations/returns, refund processes can only take place when we have received the goods. We do not offer a refund for carriage. We also charge a 15% restocking fee for returned and cancelled goods.
iii) All cancellations and returns must be delivered by the ‘customer’ to our business address, and all care must be taken to ensure goods return back to us in original condition.
The items being refunded must be complete, unused and in ‘brand new’ condition (e.g. There should be no markings or damages if the box has been opened for examination purpose. The item should be returned with the original box, accessories and packing. All software, CD’s must be sealed. Any ‘Gifts’ or ‘Vouchers’ must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase unless the following conditions have been met.
▫ A proof of purchase has not been provided
▫ The seal has been broken on any software or tapes and CD’s
▫ The goods were a special order to your specification
