General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the www.eurohitech.com website (referred to as "the Websites") and govern all agreements between the user of these websites (referred to as "you" and/or "your") and the operator of the Websites, Euro Hi-Tech Photographic Services Limited (referred to as "the Company", "we", "our" and/or "us"). Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Shipments
The consumer or the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We only ship within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). We ship using a 5 working days Service” via Royal Mail or City Link or by our preferred courier service provider. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days thus your package will arrive approximate within 1 week after Shipment. All shipments are insured for loss or damage. The insurance cost is included in the shipping handling charge.

Please note that there may be delay in delivery for any order to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man/Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands & Islands and £15 delivery surcharge will be incurred for these areas.

There may be circumstances of delays in receiving your goods which are beyond our control, such as postal strikes etc.

Warranty
All products sold on this website carry a full 12 month manufacture warranty, unless otherwise stated

VAT
A Charge of 15% will be applied to all shipments to customers in the UK. The prices of the products displayed on eurohitech.com include VAT and exclude shipping charges.

Your Order
After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We reserve the right to not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

Returns Policy
The customer is entitled to return the product (for any reason) for refund within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product. A refund will be made of the price of the product and the VAT. Shipping charges will not be refunded. As Euro Hi –Tech Photographic Services Limited is not liable for product in transit; it is highly recommended that products be shipped via an insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

1. Sometime the product specification from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Under the Distance Supplying terms we can only accept cancellations/returns within 7 Days after the receipt of the goods. The conditions of cancellations/returns can only be made by writing or submitting an email.
2. When we have received confirmation of the cancellations/returns, refund processes can only take place when we have received the goods. We do not offer a refund for carriage. We also charge a 15% restocking fee for returned and cancelled goods.
3. All cancellations and returns must be delivered by the ‘customer’ to our business address, and all care must be taken to ensure goods return back to us in original condition.

• A proof of purchase has not been provided
• The seal has been broken on any software or tapes and CD’s
• The goods were a special order to your specification

Refunds for incorrect or faulty items
When you have received the incorrect or faulty item you have the right to return within reasonable time period. All warranty information should be kept as this will be needed. If there is a fault with your product within six (6) months we normally offer to repair the item. This does not affect your statuary rights

An exchange or refund will be offered if a fault occurs within 7 days of delivery. The item must be retuned in ‘new’ condition complete with all accessories and in original packaging.If you return your product for refund, we will refund the monies you have paid to us within 28 days after receiving the product at our premises.Refunds would not be entitled if faults are caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

We will not accept any claim for faults unless notified within seven days (7 Days) of receipt of goods. This will vary with Manufacturing replacement or servicing time periods.

No liability will be accepted for any items not provided with the goods, such as CD’s, Manuals and cases etc unless Euro Hi-Tech Photographic Services Limited have been informed within seven days of receipt by email..

We will try to provide accurate information regarding product sizes and quantities available. We take no liability for improper size; colour or any goods provided which are less in quantity, unless proven of any shortages.

All effort will be made to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.
